The prices quoted are per apartment for a minimum stay of one week.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price. It will be paid directly to the owner on arrival.
- The price includes: covered garage, lift to the attic (building 1 only), heating for the winter season, water and electricity.
- Bed linen and towels will be supplied on request.
- Arrival on Saturdays – Departure on the following Saturday. Possibility of shorter stays.
- Check in: from 4.00 p.m. on the arrival day. Check out: within 9.30 a.m. on the departure day.

A deposit of 30% of the price per apartment is required to confirm your reservation.

In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

There are no refunds or discounts for unused days due to late arrival or early departure or due to fewer occupants.

A deposit from € 150 per apartment is required. The amount will be returned on the day of departure after check-out.

Small animals are allowed on request. A supplement may be required.
