The prices quoted are per apartment for a minimum stay of a week.
- The price includes: garage, lift to the attic (building 1 only), heating for the winter season, water and electricity.
- Bed linen and towels will be supplied on request at € 12/pax.
- Arrival on Saturday – Departure on the following Saturday. Possibility of shorter stays.
- Check in: from 16.00 p.m. on the arrival day. Check out: within 9.30 a.m. on the departure day.

A deposit of 30% of the price per apartment is required to confirm your reservation.

In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

There are no refunds or discounts for unused days due to late arrival or early departure.

A deposit of € 150 per apartment is required in case of damages. The amount will be returned on the day of departure.
